A Seamless Single Window System
The Single Window Qatar platform can be utilised by both straightforward setups, requiring no additional approvals, and businesses that need additional external approvals. In the latter case, the external approval must be obtained before using our single window platform (based on the trade name reservation). This ensures that your company setup process is smooth and efficient, regardless of your specific requirements.
Requirements for using Single Window Qatar
In order to be able to process company registration and licensing within a couple of hours there are a few conditions and requirements that the applicant will have to have met prior to the application.
Including:
1. Hold a lease agreement/office space must already be secured
If the lease is not secured, then the company will obtain ONLY; 1) Commercial Registration (CR) and 2) Company Establishment Card same day.
The company would then be required to sign a lease agreement after the initial appointment, which will make the setup process slightly longer. The Lease Agreement is also required to obtain the Trade License.
2. GM/Admin Manager must already have QID
In order to issue all the licenses at the same time, the individual on the Commercial Registration (CR) must already have a QID.
In the case where this is not possible, PPG can offer a General Manager / Admin Manager service for initial set up.
Having these two requirements in place prior will allow issuance of all 3 registrations/licenses in one go including: Commercial Registration (CR), Trade License, Company establishment Card/Immigration Card following Article of Association signing. Initial tax registration will also be done together at the time of company registration.
The labour quota can be applied for simultaneously, assuming the applicant has all the correct documentation allowing the Labour Quota and registration/licensing to be issued at the same time. This has helped to further decrease the time required to start operating the company & onboard employees.
